  Scouting Report & Links      
         
  Physical Description: Athletic frame with minimal remaining projection.

Mechanics: Throws from a three-quarters arm slot. Drop-and-drive delivery with considerable effort. Medium leg kick. Long arm action behind with a point and stab.

Fastball: 96-99 mph. Tops out at 100 mph. Solid pitch characteristics. Pitch has carry and has shown bat-missing ability up in the zone. Command and control need refinement. Potential plus offering.

Slider: 84-87 mph. Sharp 11-to-5 shape. Has depth and bite when he gets over it and snaps it off. Can struggle to land the pitch in the zone at times and relies on hitters to expand the zone on it. When locked in, shows bat-missing ability, even in the zone. Below-average control. Potential average offering.
   Changeup: 85-87 mph. Shows intriguing horizontal movement, but rarely used. Threw sparingly in outings scouted in 2023.

Career Notes: 2022 Southern Conference Pitcher of the Year. Was set to participate in the 2022 Fall Performance Program that was canceled due to Hurricane Ian. Jumped straight to High-A to begin his pro career.

Summation: Potential up-and-down middle reliever. Ceiling of a seventh-inning reliever. Pure relief type with intriguing pitch characteristics. Threw in a long-relief role in college, but is being used in a traditional short relief role in pro ball. Secondary pitches need work and has to improve his command and control in order to reach his potential.
